Return Process

  Log into your WORKPRO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and the printed RMA form to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
